Wheatberries Bake Shop is one of Moscow's hidden gems in the downtown business community.  Todd Unger, baker extraordinaire, opened this small bakery on July 7, 2001.  The bakery has received great support from the community.  After only a year and a half, the bakery outgrew their original shop and opened a new, expanded shop on Main Street in Moscow on January 21, 2003. The new shop seats 50 and is open Tuesday through Saturday, 6:30 am to 3 pm. 

Todd arrives each day around 2 am and bakes all the bread and pastries fresh each morning.  In addition to all the scrumptious baked goods, the bakery features a full service espresso bar, smoothies, and a wonderful lunch fare of deli style sandwiches, paninis, home-made soups and salads.

Wheatberries provides a full catering service as well. Whether you need a nice quiet dinner for six or you're planning a wedding reception for 300, Todd can help you plan the perfect food for the event.  Stop in for a consultation.
